Position Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible to handle purchase orders from order, sourcing, manage delivery and inspection items.
- Perform administration related to the upkeep and safeguard of items purchased.
- Make sure delivery to respective clients are placed and monitored closely.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Materials, Supply Chain, Business Management field or the equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing role - knowledge in technology products is a strong advantage.
- Flexible with work hours, strong organisation skills, coordination management and advance knowledge in MS Office Applications (eg: Excel).
- Strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors in negotiation.
- Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.
