Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
2. Strategic Planning:
- Work with the CEO to develop and execute business strategies.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes.
- Analyze market trends and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop long-term operational goals aligned with company objectives.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage department heads and operational teams.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
4. Resource Management:
- Manage company resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure operational budgets are met and financial targets are achieved.
- Oversee procurement and supply chain management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
5. Process Management:
- Develop, implement, and monitor key business processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Use data-driven approaches to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Implement and maintain process improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Ensure that all processes are documented, standardized, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that risk management frameworks are in place and adhered to.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management processes and update them as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in operational management, preferably in the new energy sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Strong understanding of resource management and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
- Preferably In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards, and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the new energy sector.
