Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping documents and export/import trade declarations eg B/L. Certificate of Country Origin
- Handle customs permit declaration and Trade net operations
- Process documents such as Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, Pre-alert, etc.
- Liaise with vendors/ agents on cargo arrangement.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Sales team to coordinate shipments
- Attend to customers enquires and make necessary arrangements for their bookings
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma and above in a relevant discipline
- Possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Possess knowledge of customs declaration & Tradenet processes
- Knowledge in Sysfreight is an advantage
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Positive, hardworking and a good team player
