Roles & Responsibilities:
Data entries for online delivery sales (Foodpanda, Oddle, Fave etc.) and assist in monitoring online sales collection.
Responsible for reconciliation of intercompany balances, Account Receivable role including intercompany billing.
Ensuring that all the books and documents are properly kept and filed neatly.
Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Supervisor/HOD
Requirements:
Minimumone year of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and MYOB Accounting system (Preferred)
Working hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 3 days a week or flexible working hour
for total of 25 hours a week
Expected salary: $1500- $1,700 per month
