About Facilities Management Team:
Our team centralises the organisation’s facilities management and renovation needs. We are looking for candidates who are happy to work at multiple locations, enjoy troubleshooting facilities issues and able to independently resolve facilities issues for our various centres. Candidates must be good stewards of Fei Yue resources and can provide solutions that best fit Fei Yue.


Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

  • Independently manage and assist in coordination of all CM/ renovation projects and repairs within budget and time frame, including administrative and liaison work with funders and partners.
  • Troubleshoot facilities issues at various centres and provide best solution using cost-benefit-performance analysis.
  • Optimizing the use of space within facilities to support operational needs and accommodate growth or changes in the organization.

Vendor Management

  • Liaise and work with colleagues and external vendors with regards to managing facilities service contracts, contract renewal and payments.
  • Carry out annual vendor evaluation exercise.

Health and Safety Compliance

  • Part of Workplace Safety & Health Committee.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work with FM admin staff and Corporate Service staff to solve administrative issues.
  • Liaison with HDB, Funders to ensure all tenancy agreement of Fei Yue centres are up-to-date, including filling up forms and payment of stamp duties.
  • Maintain excellent partnership with all external parties.

Others

  • Develop and review work processes pertaining to FM.
  • Maintain all FM documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder of any discipline.
  • Preferred some years of facilities management and project management experience, but not mandatory.
  • Understand the importance of stewardship.
  • Able to meet project deadlines, especially with Funders.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Possession of Class 3 licence is preferred.

Work Location: Henderson Road/ Hybrid
