Primary Responsibilities:
· Handle legal contracts (e.g. Purchase and Sales Agreement, Storage Agreements, Tenders etc.)
· Co-ordinate negotiations with third parties around any contract discrepancies.
· Responsible for negotiation and management of Brokerage Agreement, Clearing Broker Agreement, and Brokers’ commission.
· Evaluate and enhance processes, rules and protocols for administration and execution of contracts and agreements.
· Effective communicator who shares knowledge proactively and has the ability to effectively interact in a team environment.
Basic/Required Qualifications:
· Knowledge and experience of the energy market in Asia.
· Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements would be an advantage.
· Strong interpersonal and networking skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Results oriented with ability to think and act decisively and independently under situations of extreme pressure and change.
· Possess teamwork ability.
