- Endorsing Certificate of Origin and Electronic Certificate of Origin & other supporting trade documents
- Daily closing of CO and preparing daily and monthly reports for CO and ECO and also sales of co blank forms.
- Daily filing of CO and ECO documents.
- Archive of co and ECO documents with C&P infobank Pte Ltd.
- CO Telemarketing for CO & ECO via phone, fax, and emails and also attending to walk-in customers and phone enquires.
- Any task that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Business administration or related field.
- Min 1 years of trade regulations, including knowledge of certificate of origin requirements.
- Experience in custom documentation or a similar role within the export environment if preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Wedensday : 10am to 8pm
Saturday : 9am - 2pm
