At Mad About Sucre, we believe and are passionate about hosting, cooking and baking as if we are doing so for our loved ones; we provide hospitality like how we do at our own home parties and gatherings. We do not follow trends and fads as we create our menu and experiences with natural ingredients bestowed upon us by Nature each season.

Restaurant Executive - full time
Passionate associate to sharing our values, beliefs and providing hospitality to our guests.
This role is to be groomed into the postion of Asst Restaurant Manager.
SHARED VISION
Change a palate a day by empowering our guests with information of our cuisines, confections and beverages, like how we would shared with our loved ones.
REQUIRED
- Possess a discreet, professional, well-groomed disposition with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly intuitive and able to anticipate and address guests’ unspoken needs. Possess a ‘well-being oriented’ mindset with an eye for quality and detail so as to create inspiring and memorable moments for our guests.
- Possesses initiative and is driven and energetic with consistency in mannerism and service etiquette in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.
- Works well under pressure and is able to analyze and resolve problems while exercising good judgment.
- Embraces and responds to change effectively.
- Strives to attain the brand’s standard opera
- Adhering to procedures while exceeding Quality standards set by the Company.
- Occasional requirement for overseas stints.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hospitality to our guests based strictly on our directions, methodologies and standards. Short cuts & sloppy works will not be tolerated.
