We need to employ for an Senior Accounts Executive position.
Duties include the followings:
- Assist in handling Full Set of Accounts consisting of AR & AP
- Overseas agent monthly statement checking
- To take charge of all banking transactions including outing payment to suppliers, creditors, and internal claims reimbursement
- To provide administrative support to upkeep customer and supplier account
- Preparation for timely submission of GST returns
- Preparation of all necessary information for Audit purposes
- Provide administrative support
- Any other ad hoc duties
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Accounting Functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
