Project Description:
You will be working for Access Management Shared Service in Singapore. You will have a chance to work in an international environment for one of our major clients in banking domain.
Responsibilities:
- • Account related services: Account Create, Account Modify, Account Delete, Account Lock and Unlock
• Emergency Termination, Password Reset, IRON Key Administration, LOA Override
• On-boarding users to DTP, Troubleshooting Login related issues, ECN User List uploads
• Access IT Governance
• Identity Management & Authentication
• Support Hours: 24 x 5 including public holidays
Mandatory Skills Description:
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Calm under pressure
• Ability to prioritize competing demands
• Strong team player, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• Experience in similar role will be beneficial
