Roles & Responsibilities
To source, negotiate and procure food items and packaging items for our F&B stores. Assist in administrative duties to support operations team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Operations department
• In charge of local purchases
• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and receiving of goods
• To compare price and negotiate of price with supplier
• To verify supplier invoice for payment
• Follow up on order, monitor back-log to ensure timely deliveries
• To maintain proper documentation
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Analyze cost and generate reports.
• Input daily invoice of stores into accounting system.
• Other admin duties as assigned by management.
Scope of Work
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce time and cost
• Work closely with Operations team and chef to maximize and optimize resources capacity and efficiency.
• Handles activities such as contract management, financial management and issue resolution.
• Plan and manage company's inventory to achieve desired goals through broad knowledge of procurement good practices and tools
• Perform admin duties like application of applying worker's work permit, SFA License, insurance and advertising of job vacancies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
