Position Open : Admin cum Project Assistant x 1 pax only
Prefer those staying near Yishun.
We are Aircon Company that mainly dealing with only local company therefore need to able speak Chinese too
Responsibilities
- Assist in keeping track stocks of office supplies and inform colleague to order when necessary.
- Assist in create and update records and databases for supplier
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, filing, mailing out invoice etc.)
- Manage and track Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Printing, record and checking of GPS Record
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating
- Tracking projects status and follow-up with team for the action items
- In charge of Project team timesheets and keep track of Billing Status
- Ad hoc duties been assigned
Requirement
- With or Without Experience (Salary will adjust according)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Able to converse comfortably in Both ENGLISH and CHINESE
- Job is mainly on paper work and filing sometimes is coordinate among staff and supplier
Others Information
- YISHUN
- 5 Days per week
- Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm
- Wearing Code : Smart Causal
- Standard MOM Leave entitlement (after probation 3 month, 7 days AL, then follow yearly add on 1 day AL)
- A small company dealing only with local supplier
- Project is only when have, and few to follow up therefore mainly for assist senior admin executive
- Do indicate your expected starting pay when applying
