Responsibilities:
- Product Testing and Analysis: Perform testing and analysis of semi-finished and finished polyolefin products using sophisticated analytical, processing, and testing equipment.
- Procedure Maintenance: Establish, update, and maintain procedures and quality/safety records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Equipment Upkeep: Oversee the maintenance of laboratory equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and work with vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of laboratory supplies and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaboration: Work with sales and production teams to assist in troubleshooting and technical investigations.
- Safety and ISO Activities: Participate in laboratory ISO and safety activities, contributing to a safe work environment and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Possess a Degree in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
- Experience: Diploma holder with previous experience in chemical industry is advantageous.
- Skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, drive, and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal). Capable of working under pressure and maintaining accuracy under tight schedules.
