- Prepare monthly and year-end consolidation, group half-yearly SGX results announcement, group forecasts, budgets, and year-end statutory accounts for the Group.
- Perform analytical review of company subsidiaries monthly financials.
- Handle end-to-end preparation of the annual report.
- Review and update group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
Requirements:
- CA or equivalent
- At least 4 years of consolidation experience in alisted company or audit firms.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS and Income Tax Act.
