Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Maritime industry. They are looking for a Procurement Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Note: This is a 2 year’s contract, convertible and renewable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of goods/services for the company’s operational needs
- Attain quotes from various suppliers/vendors when required
- Ensure timely delivery of purchases within the company’s Business Unit, following the necessary procedures
- Execute Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process effectively, ensuring timely acquisition of the required services/products
- Implement/Monitor the required procurement contracts, including contract availability, updates, and expiration date management
- Assist with managing the company’s supplier base, assessing supplier performance and maintaining the relevant documentation
- Assist with analyzing the company’s procurement processes/performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in meetings/discussions and provide inputs to enhance operational performance
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience
