Junior Procurement Executive

Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to join our team in Singapore. As the Junior Procurement Executive, you will assist in the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for Kiztopia’s outlets in Singapore and overseas. You will work closely with product manufacturers and suppliers to ensure products design and quality meet requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the procurement process for purchases from overseas suppliers, including sourcing, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery.
2. Support local procurement activities in Singapore by collaborating with suppliers and vendors to acquire necessary goods and services.
3. Coordinate shipping and customs clearance processes for imported goods, ensuring efficient distribution to our outlets in both Singapore and overseas markets.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of monthly purchases for financial reporting purposes.
5. Manage merchandise inventory, including stock transfers and updating the POS system with accurate receiving quantities and cost prices.
6. To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, or any related fields.1.
2. At least 1 years working experience in procurement.
3. Good organizational and analytical skills.
4. Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
5. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiar with Chinese manufacturers network and marketplace platforms like Taobao and 1688.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin with the ability to communicate well with counterparts based in China.
8. Prior experience in international shipping and importing is a plus.
