Job Responsibilities:
- To lead and mentor a team of EHS personnel to ensure the company’s EHS strategy is implemented effectively and within budgets
- Has good knowledge to develop/review, implement and maintain Safety Management Systems, to document WSH records and matters.
- Be responsible to drive programs and campaigns to manage risks and promote safety culture for all projects through regular campaigns, posters.
- To provide advice and guidance in the aspect of EHS to projects.
- To plan, coordinate and conduct safety audits, EHS inspection and training
- To achieve and manage all EHS KPIs and standards, ensure compliance with all authorities including MOM’s EHS statutory regulations, legal and other requirements
- To monitor and evaluate the company’s overall EHS performance to identify potential risks and minimize incident occurrence.
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore)
- Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant job role and industry
- Good leadership, interpersonal and coordination skills
