JOB SCOPE :
- Familiar with architectural works in construction industry. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings and contract specifications.
- Able to interpret drawings and details.
- Attend construction's meetings, monitors and processes site queries, prepares reports and performs other ancillary administrative responsibilities related to assigned projects.
- To coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges. Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review the accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
- Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters including assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of the management.
- Assist with quality control measures to ensure our team are able to meet the project's specification and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all on-site activities including daily reports, progress updates and any incidents.
- To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements.
- To assist Site Management in project planning, co-ordination of all architectural finishing works.
SALARY : $ 3,000.00 TO $ 3,500.00 (Negotiable depending on experience)
