Job Description
Responsibilities
· Responsible for full set accounting processes and tasks such as AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
· Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
· Process vendor invoices and payments accurately with timeline.
· Oversee year-end audits, prepare statutory accounts, and conduct financial analysis.
· Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax (GST), and government authorities where required.
· Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
· Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing following accounting standards and company guidelines.
· Perform timely and accurate invoicing and billing activities.
· Prepare of GST Submission
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in similar position
· Advantage to know software such as Xero.
· Positive working attitude, meticulous and able to multi-tasks
· Able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Good communications skills
· Candidate with short notice period or immediately availability would be an advantage.
· Accounting/Business/Economics Diploma
