Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Assistant/ Procurement Assistant to provide administrative support for customer orders. To source and purchase lab equipment or instrumentation to meet client requirements. To negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery terms. To prepare order processing PO, DO, quotation & technical support for customers’.
What Will You Do
- To provide administrative support for customer orders
- To purchase lab equipment or instrumentation to meet client requirements
- To negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery terms.
- To prepare order processing PO, DO, quotation & technical support for customers’
- Any other administrative work assigned by manager
What Do We Want
- At least Diploma in Biotechnology/ Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent
- Min 2-3 years working experience in order processing prepare PO & DO for customers
