Job Description

1. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing high- quality automation solutions, adhering to project timelines stipulated by business process analyst.

2. Build canvas apps and leverage Power Automate to create business process flows / approval workflows and integrate with Sharepoint list and other data repositories. Canvas apps must be user-friendly and intuitive with aesthetically pleasing application interfaces.

3. Develop automations using UiPath for processes interacting with external systems, e.g. ERP and other front-end solutions.

4. Support business operations during UAT, deployment to Production and post-Production hyper-care period.

5. Assist in the change requests and resolution of issues for existing deployed applications & automations.

6. Ensure that solutions are developed in accordance with IT governance procedures.

Competencies

1. Recent and minimum 2 years of experience in developing low-code automations using PowerApps, Power Automate and UiPath.

2. Developed and deployed at least 5 canvas apps (with at least 4 screens per app) for actual business users in the last 2 years.

3. Familiar with setting up and interfacing with Microsoft 365 Sharepoint Lists and Sharepoint Document Libraries for CRUD operations with Power Apps, Power Automate and UiPath.

4. Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and proficiency in designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing application interfaces with strong emphasis on user experience and usability.

5. Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.

6. Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with a proactive attitude to solving problems creatively.
