Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & On-site Logistics/Detail Planning (DPL) Support
- Align production planning with DPL; cover DPL operations as needed.
- Create process orders and adjust storage per SAP system and production plan.
- Develop production master plan (Gantt Chart) with engineers and managers.
- Ensure on-time delivery by assisting with process orders.
- Monitor demand plan and optimize production schedules to minimize capacity loss.
- Manage raw material delivery and consumption; ensure continuous production.
- Develop production procedures and training materials.
- Utilize SAP warehouse management for process optimization and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in SAP training for future instruction roles.
- Maintain accurate Bill of Material (BOM), recipes, and planning parameters in the system.
- Improve transport safety performance with TDS system adherence.
- Support warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Coordinate loading/unloading of containers, trucks, and iso-tanks.
- Inspect and maintain inventory of emergency response equipment.
- Material Consumption Booking
- Logistics Performance Management
- Serve as first aider, EHS committee member, or fire warden as appointed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Master Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning for batch production / Agricultural Production
- Minimum of 3 years Warehouse management, with a strong focus on SAP warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification and experience in operating warehouse equipment
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of handling dangerous goods, including relevant regulations and safety
- Knowledgeand experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001, DCS and SAP will be an advantage.
