With recent growth in the core business and rapid expansion into new areas of business, they are now hiring Payroll Assistants with good communication skills to provide support to the payroll department by handling data entry, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various payroll tasks.

- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and calculating wages and deduction
- Maintain accurate employee records, including changes in employee designation, salary and pay items
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hours worked
- Address payroll related query or request
- Tax clearance for foreign employee leaving employment
- Make up pay for employee going for in-camp training
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee
- Perform other clerical tasks assigned by the Payroll team as and when needed
