about the job
As the Service Director, you will be required to,

  • Tasked with devising and executing strategies, as well as a multi-year roadmap, to elevate support services for the company into a world-class operation, focusing on customer loyalty, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the Service Escalation procedure to promptly identify and resolve field problems. Collaborate with product line management to pinpoint trends and quality issues, aiming to reduce both the total number of events and response times.
  • Collaborates with Strategic Account Managers and/or sales teams to explore specific service opportunities, gaining insights into individual client strategies, business requirements, and internal obstacles or considerations for implementing enterprise services solutions, with the aim of driving growth.
  • Take proactive measures to advance the development of the skills matrix, product competencies, and product certification for both Service Engineers and support staff.
  • Sustains a comprehensive comprehension of the strengths and delivery operations within the entire Enterprise Services portfolio. This knowledge enables the customization of integrated solutions that demonstrate distinct value to both the customer and the market.
  • Management of dealers and distributors is conducted to enhance visibility and performance, ultimately contributing to overall end customer satisfaction.

skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Business, or other related fields.

  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, showcasing a proven ability to make substantial contributions to the business team. Additionally, provides sound independent advice on commercial matters.
  • Experience in managing P&L for service business.
  • Extensive travel to various regional site will be required (50%).
