Tuition Centre Management Trainee
Working Location: 1 Marine Parade Central #06-07 Singapore 449408
Working day and time: Wednesday to Sunday, 9am-6pm or 1pm-9pm
Salary: $2500-$3200
Job Scope:
- Manage Centre Daily Operation;
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns;
- Answer parents enquiries;
- Generate lead and sales.
- Will experience in different position to learn on all position’s functionality
Qualification and requirement:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma and/or above;
- Committed, responsible;
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Has working experience in service sector;
- Relevant working experience in managing an education centre is more preferred;
- Able to work during weekend as the rest days are on weekdays.
**As a Management Trainee, you will**:
- Learn, manage and be responsible for the daily operations of the tuition centre
- Liaise with HQ, parents and teachers with regards to students and centre matters
- Manage your staff to help you achieve the centre’s goals & smoothness of operations
- Learn face-to-face communication skills as part of good customer service
- Learn, manage and execute your assigned business sub-role well
- You will be working with mostly pen, paper & laptops, learning the INs and OUTs of customer service & operations management, improving the experiences of our clients, and “levelling up” in your personal experience in dealing with people.
