Job Responsibilities:
- Manage costs of construction project to ensure the project is completed within its projected budget
- Forecast the costs of different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
- Undertake other responsibilities when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Required Skill(s): numeracy, a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to use
- Autocad, Glodon, ability to negotiate, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Speaking clients.
