Job Summary:


Chello is seeking a customer service intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing online orders and inventory, assisting customers with showroom try-ons, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online business.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with showroom try-ons and provide guidance on styling and fit
  • Manage online orders from start to finish includes processing orders, monitoring order status, and updating customers on any changes or delays. They may also need to coordinate with other teams, such as shipping or warehouse, to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Overseeing the fulfilment process of online orders. To check stock levels, pack orders, and arrange for shipping or delivery. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, shipping and delivery
  • Work with the team to develop and implement new initiatives to improve the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory and customer interactions
  • Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers on Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via email and Instagram direct messages
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience in retail operations or customer service, preferably in an online fashion business
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is an asset
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
