Location: Tuas (Company pick up available - West & North)
Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 + OT + AWS + Performance bonus
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8:15am – 5:15pm
Manufacturers of hydraulic mobile cranes, and it has a wide product range.
Job Description:
- To guide and lead day-to-day operations of the service team.
- Product delivery training to distributors and customers.
- Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
- Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries.
- Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
- Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
- Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
- Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
- Possess valid Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
