Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing strategic relationship with customer and supporting in customer's day-to-day operation and shipments
- Responsible in collaborating and coordinating with cross functional teams to achieve delivery commitment and meet customer's
- Responsible for managing backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution
- Responsible for reviewing customer demand forecast and resolve material supply constraints to support customers' delivery request dates
Requirements
- Min Degree in Engineering or relevant
- Min 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry in program management and planning
