Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Admin Executive / Sales Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Senoko South
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6:10 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls from clients.
- Process sales orders with meticulous attention to detail.
- Create and manage invoices, delivery orders, and other documents to support sales deliveries.
- Compile and maintain accurate monthly sales reports for internal review.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Oversee inward shipment logistics to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
- Manage mobile devices for Van Sales drivers to facilitate seamless communication and sales operations.
- Maintain consistent and organized file keeping for all sales administration records.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

- A minimum education level of a Diploma.
- At least 3-4 years of proven experience in related roles.
- Strong command of MS Word & Excel, with the capability to manage and organize data effectively.
- Exceptional abilities to work under pressure, multitask, and independently.
