Our client is a listed company with worldwide presence in the oil and gas industry. They are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to be part of their HR team to drive their total rewards strategies and people agenda.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible to:-
- Manage and oversee the company's total rewards programs for Singapore
- Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement annual compensation & benefits initiatives including salary review, workforce planning, global mobility, salary and job level benchmarking, and the review of bonuses, promotions and overall employee welfare & benefits
- Partner with external vendor to drive market survey for salary structures and performance management framework to improve internal equity and ensure market competitiveness
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in remuneration and benefits
- Proven ability in building relationships and managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Prior experience working with external vendors such as Mercer, Aon and Wilis Towers Watson
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, driven and able to work independently, with strong work ethics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
