Service and Project Engineer
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 8.45am to 6.15pm
- Working Location: Island wide (Client Site)
- Office Location: Boon Lay Way
- Salary: $2500 - $3500 + Transport Allowance
Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling of Project activities
- Service, trouble shoot, installation, commissioning and maintain our range of equipment on sites.
- Provide continuous after sales support such as helping customers identify problems with installed equipment (if any), recommending improved material, machinery or parts for replacement and maintenance.
- Coordination with Customers (mainly PUB/ NEA), Suppliers and Contractors and maintain high standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with customers
- Continuously improve on own’s knowledge on supplier’s products with the aim to introduce technology that add value to the customers.
- Product training to customers and business partners.
- Maintaining and updating a data base on equipment and spare parts catalogs, protocol manuals, data books, salvaging tools and materials where possible.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in any engineering fields
- Prior experience in a similar industry with similar experience with proven track record of success
- Engineering background to understand the drawings and any technical detail in supporting our clients on site
- Class 3 Driving License is a must, company vehicle provided
