- Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)

Our client is a leading Japanese gas and energy company, with a trading arm in machinery for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Reporting to the Finance Director, they are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments, receipts, journal vouchers, and other documents in financial transactions
- Preparation of full set of financial statements, such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and bank reconciliations
- Perform monthly financial closing activities and generate reports for the parent company
- Provide necessary data for consolidation purposes at the parent company quarterly
- Be the main point of contact for banks and financial institutions
- Preparation of tax computation, GST declaration and income tax filing
- Act as the primary contact for external auditor and coordinate all audit-related activities
- Process payroll, prepare and submit CPF contributions and yearly IR8A submission
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
