Note: This is for an immediate role (or at least within the next month). Those who are only available during Summer are welcome to apply. A level graduates are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of business plans, strategies, and presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Engage with clients to implement change management strategies and increase customer adoption.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to drive decision-making.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related field is a plus.
