Manage physical filing systems and online record management systems
Identify and handle outdated records, arranging for storage as needed
Complete prescribed forms based on provided information.
Online purchase of records and conduct searches
Submit information via Bizfile with provided training.
Provide support to corporate secretarial team
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
Min. O level or higher
1-2 years administrative work experiences
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and IT savvy
On the job training for those who are seeking career direction and keen to learn
business administration or corporate secretarial work are welcome
Possess good communication skills
Flexible and eager to learn
Enjoy working collaboratively
8.45am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary upto/around $2,300/month
