Time: Mon~Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately
Able to communicate and coordinate with shippers, customs broker and transporters
Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permit
Maintain systematic document filling
Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection
Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head
Requirements:
Qualification: Min Diploma or above in relevant field
Minimum 1 year related working experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Excel / Words
Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart
