Job Description
- Conduct installation and commissioning of security systems and solutions
- Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Investigate and respond to system faults and violations.
- Troubleshooting including hardware, software, firmware and system upgrades.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Ensure timely service delivery and completion of scope of works at clients’ premises/project sites.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Security Systems or Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Previous experience in security systems industry is advantageous
- Possess a service and problem-solving mindset
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Dependable and a team player
- Rotation on standby 24x7
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience and skillset may be considered for a senior position.
