Job Responsibilities

  • Process taxi bookings, handle taxi related enquiries.
  • Perform Service Recovery for Taxi and Bus Operations
  • Attend to level 1 customer service feedback, complaint and lost & found matters from the respective stakeholders
  • Liaise with authorities, building owners and hotels on mass taxi bookings and bus operations.
  • Working in a call centre environment.

Job Requirement

Education/Qualifications

  • GCE "O' Level / Diploma in any discipline

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Non-Technical Skills/Attributes

  • Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills.
  • Experience in operational environment.
  • Can work independently and as a team player.
  • Intensive customer service skills.
