Sika Singapore, located in the West of Singapore is looking for a Key Account Manager in Building Finishing and Engineered Refurbishment Target Market:
- Looking for opportunities to grow sales from existing and new accounts.
- Manage the marketing of products in Singapore in the most cost-effective manner, consistent with overall Sika Group policies.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Ensure customer’s requirements are adequately conveyed to the production and technical departments whilst embracing the order bank forecasting system (SMS).
- Initiate Customer Complaint Reports to ensure that complaints are promptly and efficiently dealt with.
- To submit highlights, projects confirmed and market intelligence on a monthly basis.
- Ensure effective communications among colleagues.
- Set standards of behaviour in your business life as a good example to the subordinate and reflect credibility on the image of the Company.
- Obtain and update as a continuous process adequate market information and trends, together with competitors’ development and corporate directions in order to provide the Company with reliable background information on which to base marketing and product decisions.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
