Job Scope:
- To open and run After School Engagement Centre from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, 7 days a fortnight.
- To provide a conducive after-school environment that allows unsupervised students to have a place to occupy themselves after school with meaningful activities.
- To befriend, engage and supervise students who drop into the centre. Provide advice to students on proper behaviour and socio- emotional skills.
- To prevent students from creating mischief after school hours by having engaging activities in school.
- To maintain a daily attendance register of the students who come to the centre and use the facilities.
- To account for available facilities at the centre and maintain cleanliness of the centre.
Requirements:
· At least ‘O’ level qualifications.
· Personnel should be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned.
· Have at least 2 years of coaching experience or youth related work and are able to carry out the required programme objectives.
· Experience in a school environment will be an advantage.
· Be able to engage and befriend youth.
· Possess good organisational, communication and inter-personal skills that would be useful with interaction and support of the students

Working Arrangement:
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· 2.30pm to 5.30pm (3 hours), 7 days a fortnight (Estimated total 50 sessions – 150 hrs)
· School Odd Weeks: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
· School Even Weeks: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public and school holidays
