Job Description
- POS Maintenance - Pos programming, reporting, server, workstation, tablets, kitchen printers, etc (Infrasys HERO Pos, Epson printers)
- IT System Maintenance - User accounts, Emails, hardware diagnose, network connectivity (Windows 10/11 Pro, Office365, Windows AD, Azure)
- Network - Firewall, Routers, Switches, APs, WAN, LAN, VOIP (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc)
- CCTV maintenance - Troubleshoot, retrieval and reporting
- Tasks and projects assigned
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with Diploma in IT or relevant IT certification are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Office365 installation
- Experience on F&B POS system will be advantageous, although training will be provided
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes to new systems and technologies
- Work beyond standard office hours on occasions, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to carry heavy equipment such as computers, printers, POS workstation etc
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (Able to understand & speak in Cantonese will be an added advantage to liaise with multi-lingual associates)
