This position reports to the Manager, Trust Services.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholding & Conveyancing
- Accurately record, update and maintain all form submissions
- Process Payment in & Payment Out of the Stakeholding & Conveyancing Money
- Maintain and ensure proper e-documentation and e-filing system
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Follow-up and liaise with external party on relevant matters
- Prepare simple accounting entries and bank reconciliations for Stakeholding fund movements
- Perform frontline operations as and when required including answer incoming calls, dealing with e-mail enquiries, and releasing of cheques over the counter
- Ensure timely completeness and accuracy in assigned tasks
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager
- Participate and keep abreast of automation that can improve productivity as well as enhance operational reliability and quality
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Legalisation Ops
- Handle queue / walk in enquries
- Assist customers/Members of the public with online payments
- Legalise and Authenticate relevant documents over the Service Counter
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Organised and meticulous, with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Able to work as a team and independently with various internal and external parties in a fast-paced environment, self-driven and a team player
- Computer literacy (must be familiar with MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel), with an interest in technology and participating in digital transformation initiatives
