Position Responsibilities:
- Will serve as the HR Business Lead providing operational, strategic partnering and staff advise to internal stakeholders relating to staff engagement and practices, local employment laws and HR policies.
- The role will be the primary lead in HR relationship management, involve in Benefits and Contract Management, Payroll, Work Passes, Staff Reporting, Government Claims / Subsidises, Project roll-out (eg: HRIS, Salary / Company Policies).
- Act as a key point of contact from stakeholders for all HR matters and involved in HR projects and initiatives for the business and corporate business.
Position Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelors’ Degree in HR or related discipline.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in the HR field – but not necessarily covering all facets in Human Resources.
- Industry experience in Industrial, Manufacturing sector with large-scale blue collar manpower compliment.
- Must have experience in Business Partnering / Relationship Management with good knowledge in staff development, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Strong ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels, able to get their buy-in in introducing HR processes and new policies.
- Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.
- Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and all other local labour legislation.
- Work location: West area (eg: Jurong East, Boon Lay)
