Job Descriptions
- You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the outlet
- You are to establish and maintain a good relationship with all guests
- You are required to perform sales activities by upselling and cross selling
- You are required to interact with and serve food and beverage to guests
- You will follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- You are required to maintain cleanliness of the outlet, eating and service area
- You are required to solve problems and make decisions at operations level
- You will be required to process payments through applications of a tablet computer for cashiering
Job Requirements
- Must be able to promote, upsell and cross sell products. Sales experience is extremely advantageous
- Ability to consume alcoholic beverages for tasting and PR purposes
- Ability to work and prepare food products involving pork
- High energy and outspoken personality with a passion for customer service
- No experience required, training will be provided. Prior experience in F&B is highly advantageous
- Have an interest in alcoholic beverages
Working hours
- 6 days work week, Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays 14:00 - 22:00
