- Co-ordinate closely with Regional Sales Team, follow up after receiving Sales Contract;
- Respond and follow-up with customers enquires and technical problem
- Prepare service reports and maintain technical information
- On time monitoring of customer complain and feedback
- Ensure prompt response to and completion of work
- Planning installation schedule for Installer, IT & Trainer for flight reservation, hotel accommodations, visa application etc
- Packing of Spare parts for INA Hanger Systems
- Prepare Packing list/Delivery Order/Commercial Invoice to forwarder and customer
- Carry out daily scheduled maintenance and inspections;
- Liaising, coordinating and supervise with external repair vendors as required
- Able to perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements :
1. Higher NITEC or Diploma or its equivalent
2. Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
3. Friendly and Customer Service Driven
4. Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liase with Mandarin speaking customers)
5. Tech-savvy and computer literate
