- Handle customer queries via phone and email promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Log all interactions accurately into CRM
- Meet individual and team goals
- Proactively escalate trends or issues to management
- Other assigned duties and projects
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Resourceful and can perform well under pressure
- Fast learner, adaptable to new products/services
- Previous experience in banks preferred due to compliance
