Job Scope:
- Full spectrum of HR operation
- Liaise closely with Business Partner and also HR centers to assist in operation functions including of Manpower Planning, Talent & Development, Labor & Employee Relations etc
- Liaise with Company Legal Counsel in handling relations court cases if needed
- Giving advise to managers and staff on employment legislation
- Overseeing all employee services
- Monitoring and advise on department's operational budget
Job Requirement:
- Min. Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Min. 5-8 years of relevant work experience with min. of 3 years in managerial position
- Candidate with iHRP-CA/CP will be an advantage
