Job Description
- Execute field technical support to commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and/or systems assigned.
- Develop relevant technical checklists and work instructions.
- Be the technical liaison between suppliers and team members if so assigned.
- Provide technical and engineering assistance to sales staff (if any).
- May be assigned to secure or maintain contracted service sales in the area of provision of preventive and corrective maintenance contract with customers.
- Interface with relevant stakeholders to facilitate service requests fulfilment.
Job Requirement
- Minimally a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic.
- At least 2 years hands-on working experience in field service support or equivalent technical experience. Those with lesser experience can work as Assistant Engineer to start with.
- Good technical and analytical trouble shooting skills in equipment and systems.
- Independent, self-sufficient and customer oriented individual.
- Requires commuting within Singapore from site to site to execute duties.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge in IT networking or electrical engineering
