Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes which includes collation of information/data, end to end source to contract process from supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and contract management.
- Assist in conducting market research and supplier analysis to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies and negotiate favorable contract terms.
- Effective project financial management involves budget monitoring, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Provides insights and recommendations for decision-making based on financial analysis and assist in evaluating project proposals.
- Facilitate and oversee category data management process, data integrity and reporting. Ensure data reconciliation is complete and accurate.
Others
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare documentation for projects, forecasts, and budgeting purposes.
- Manage Microsoft databases, such as PowerBI, Excel & Data query, to ensure accurate and organized procurement data.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time to support procurement operations.
