What Will You Do
- To do costing, budgeting & cost control
- To prepare & finalize financial & data reports
- To ensure the team hit the KPIs, margin & revenue on sales
- To recommend improvements for the business
- To handle order fulfilment and process orders
- To maintain inventory of routers & expected to set up the routers
- To do stock checks on routers, ensuring the quantity matches with the reservation number
- To handle customers queries and provide a solution to recover customer satisfaction
- To report on administration and operations tasks.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work retail hours (eg. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Databases, Doric system
- Experience working in supervisory roles will be an added advantage
- Healthy and fit to lift heavy loads like boxes of Wi-Fi routers
- Meticulous, organized and motivated team player
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in fast paced environment
